Why I Bought It
The first thing that caught my attention was the applicator. This isn’t just a regular squeeze-tube eye cream. It has a metal tip that vibrates when it touches the skin, and I tested it at Olive Young before buying it.
The sale price I saw was 24,900 won for 15ml. If I only looked at the volume, it didn’t feel especially cheap. But with the applicator included, the price felt more reasonable. I also liked that it was something I could actually use at home without adding a separate beauty device to my routine.

PDRN, Reedle Shot, and the Eye Area
The formula combines Cica Reedle and PDRN, which feels very VT right now. Cica Reedle already feels like VT’s signature thing to me, and PDRN has been showing up everywhere in Korean skincare lately, especially in products focused on elasticity care.
I don’t expect one eye cream to erase lines overnight, and I don’t like writing about skincare that way. But for the eye area, this ingredient direction makes sense to me: rich moisture, elasticity care, and a little extra help from the applicator.
How I Use It
Even though it’s called an Eye Lifter, I don’t limit it to just under my eyes. I use it around the eye area, but also on my forehead, neck, and smile lines when those areas feel like they need a little more attention.
I still use it like a targeted product, not a full-face cream. The tube is 15ml, so I’m not trying to use a huge amount every night. A small amount is enough for the areas where I want that richer texture and applicator massage.
The Applicator
This is the part that makes it feel different in actual use. Instead of applying eye cream with my fingers and quickly tapping it in, I can glide the metal tip over the skin and let the vibration do the massage part.
It still feels like skincare, not a treatment. But the applicator does make me slow down instead of rushing through eye cream, which is probably why I use it more carefully.
To dispense the cream, you press the tube and the product comes out through the small opening on the applicator. The first few times, I had to press harder than I expected, so controlling the amount took a little practice.
There’s no separate button. The vibration starts when the applicator touches the skin and stops when you lift it away. I like that part because it keeps the routine simple.
Texture and Absorption
The texture is definitely rich. It looks and feels more like a nourishing eye cream than a lightweight gel. I also noticed tiny yellowish particles in the cream at first, which honestly made me pause for a second.
It turns out those particles are gold thread in the formula. Once I knew that, the texture made more sense, and it also made the product feel a little more special. Because the texture is rich, I prefer using this at night or when I’m not rushing.
Absorption is not especially fast. The cream sits on the skin for a bit before it fully blends in, so if you only like eye creams that disappear immediately, this may feel too rich.
For me, that slower absorption wasn’t a bad thing. The applicator vibrates up to 12,000 times per minute, and the cream gives enough slip to massage without dragging the skin. If it absorbed too quickly, the applicator step would probably feel less comfortable.
Once it settles, the finish is cleaner than I expected from the texture. It doesn’t stay sticky, and it doesn’t leave that wet layer that some rich creams have.
What I liked most was the comfort around my eyes. Some eye creams make my eyes feel sensitive or slightly stingy after application, but I didn’t get that with this one. It felt moisturizing in a deeper way, not just glossy on top.
The Part I Don’t Love
The applicator is useful, but it also creates the one step I don’t love: cleaning it after every use. If the metal tip touches your skin directly, wiping it down is just part of using it hygienically.
It’s not a huge problem, but it is still an extra step. I usually use whatever cream is left on the applicator around smaller areas like between my brows or near my smile lines before wiping it clean. That way it doesn’t feel wasteful.
Overall, I’m happy I bought it. It’s not the cheapest eye cream by volume, and the applicator does require a little cleanup, but the texture, finish, and massage step make it feel more satisfying than a basic eye cream.
